What changed
Across customers, delivery, and market — without rebuilding the picture by hand.
Kontexity agents proactively assemble the evidence behind a decision, make a recommendation grounded in that evidence, and track the outcome—so the next call starts smarter.
Agentic layer for product decisions

Product teams don't lack data. They lack a connected story.
AI made shipping faster. Product teams don't suffer from too little data—they struggle to bring the right context together when decisions need to be made.
So invest / stop / reprioritize stays point-in-time. Teams rebuild the picture every quarter. By the time it’s together, something has already changed.
AI made execution abundant.Judgment became the scarce resource.
Why context gets lost
A customer request. A competitor move. A renewal conversation. Alone, each looks low-priority. When the evidence becomes compelling, Kontexity recommends a decision and presents the connected signals that support it.
AI-based chats answer a question at a point in time. Kontexity remembers the story for months.
Product teams already have excellent systems for customer feedback, engineering execution, and collaboration. What’s missing is a system that continuously connects that evidence into product decisions.
Connects evidence into decision context
Existing tools tell you what happened. Kontexity helps you decide what to do next— and remembers whether it was the right decision.
Every decision starts with:
Across customers, delivery, and market — without rebuilding the picture by hand.
Interpreted in context, so noise doesn’t compete with the signal.
The decisions worth making next — invest, stop, or reprioritize.
Enter your company domain. Kontexity reads your public footprint and returns your competitive set, the moves that actually bear on your roadmap, and a first draft of your product beliefs — the assumptions your roadmap is implicitly betting on.
Kontexity builds memory. Kontexity learns which calls paid off, so the next decision starts smarter.
Every call becomes a decision record — what was decided, what evidence it rested on, and whether it held.
One place for product decisions — not another app.
“We basically rebuild the picture from scratch every quarter. By the time it’s together, something has already changed.”
I built Kontexity because I kept running into the same thing. Weeks go into assembling the context — customer calls, tickets, competitor moves, minutes from a sales conversation. Then the decision gets made, the team ships, and the reasoning ends up spread across a deck, a doc, and people’s heads. All of it is usually months out of date, and none of it makes the next decision better.
